The first time I tried making a newsletter, I gave up almost immediately because I wasn’t sure if I was cut out for it. I often wondered if I had good writing skills to engage my audience.
Then came the opportunity for me to handle a blog for 4 weeks, and I did well. I was really surprised that Imposter syndrome would get a hold of me. So I have decided to start my Newsletter which will enable me communicate my feelings, knowledge and interesting tips about Nutrition
I welcome you to “Health and You”. It is my pleasure to bring you amazing and easy Health Tips. My close friends and family already know a lot about me but I want you to know some things about me because it would create a friendly atmosphere for us to learn.

My name is Casandra Ayodele, a Certified Health Coach and Nutrition expert with over 3 years experience. I help women feel strong and confident about themselves through easy Nutrition advice and Meal prepping Tips. I am the Creative Director of Healthmartwithcassie, a Health Coaching Brand which has helped over 30 women achieve their Health Goals. One Fun fact about me: I really love Good Food.

You may be wondering if Healthy Living is really worth the hype, but I would leave you to think about sickness and diseases around the world and how it affects us in every area of our lives. Healthy Living is a great act of self love which is not selfish.
In fact, Healthy Living is you saying “YES I DO” to your self because you love and cherish every thing about you.
Ove the years, the high rate of diseases has led scientists, Doctors, health practitioners to research what could be the probable reason for such, and it is not shocking to me that our lifestyle habits have a huge role to play.
