5 REASONS YOU GET TIRED ALL THE TIME +How to fix it.
If you're feeling overly tired or have little energy, you're not alone.
Fatigue may be caused by simple factors like lack of sleep or even a flu.
In recent times, I have discovered that our lifestyle habits has so much impact on our energy levels.
If you are feeling tired all the time, then you need to consider these Factors:
1. You are not getting enough sleep:
Good Sleep is very important if you want to have enough energy for the day's activity.
During sleep, your body performs a lot of critical processes, including releasing growth hormone and tissues regeneration cells.
You need to make sure your bedroom is very comfortable and reduce the light intensity so your sleep won't be interrupted.
2. Nutrient deficiency:
Our Diet plays a significant role in our overall health.
You are what you eat. The nutrients you take in from the foods you eat don't only serve as fuel for your body, they also act to prevent fatigue and tissue loss.
Try to incorporate all the six classes of food into your diet. This would make it easier for all nutrients to be of great use.
3. Inadequate Hydration:
Hydration is important for all processes in the body, and you need adequate Hydration to feel energetic.
Drinking more water should be part of your routine if you really want to have a healthy body.
Ever noticed how fast a headache is gone after taking a glass of water?
Start taking more water. You can do this is several ways; Always have a water bottle and you can try fruit infused water for some extra feel.
4. Stress:
Stress is the no 1 energy thief. This is due to the release of Cortisol hormone when we are stressed.
At this point in our lives, we need to take de-stressing activities serious in order to defeat extreme fatigue.
5. Weak immunity:
Your immune system has a role to play when it comes to energy levels. And to build your immune system, your Diet is a crucial part of it.
Vegetables and fruits should be your no 1 choice if you want a strong immune system 😉.
If after all these factors are checked and you still feel tired all the time, kindly visit your Doctor to check for underlying medical factors.
