3 TIPS FOR MEALÂ PREPPING
Last week, After a 40minutes consultation with a new client, I had to create a personalised Meal plan for her. Her major health goal was weight maintenance.
When she got the Meal plan, she was so elated because it was straightforward and very easy for her to use.
While I was creating this meal plan, I had to include Meal prepping Ideas and Recipes which would make the Meal plan easy to use.
I also had to put some things into consideration because I wasn’t making this plan for myself, it’s for someone else.
This is the reason why making before using Meal plans, you need to ensure you understand how it works and why Meal prepping is important.
MEAL PREPPING
For you to have an awesome Meal prepping experience, there are some Tips you need to know.
Meal prepping is an efficient and reliable way to help you through your health journey.
For some, it might be a way out of unhealthy eating, or even a new experience to eating right.
Here are 3 Tips to help you get started 👇
1. Keep it Simple:
You don't need to prep something different everyday. You can start with 1 or 2 Recipes every week.
2. Plan ahead:
Select the recipes you want to prepare and list every ingredient you need to buy. This makes your cooking much fun and organised.
3. Make it Portable:
You definitely do not want it to be over bearing. Using smaller prel plates to store your meals makes portion control so effective 👌.
